  • Not all plants contain essential oils, for example, lilac
  • Sap heals a plant’s wound
  • Essential oils ward off dis-ease attacking the plant
  • Essential oils attract pollinators to the plant
  • Essential oils repel plant predators
  • Essential oils protect against environmental threats to the plant
  • Essential oils have side BENEFITS and not side-effects for people and animals
  • Essential oils find balance instead of forcing artificial change in the human body
  • The human body recognizes the intelligence that exists when something comes straight from nature
  • The human body realizes when man has been tinkering with something
  • Each batch of the same kind of oil is different depending on
    • Where it came from
    • How much rainfall there was
    • What the soil composition is, etc.
  • All batches should be tested before being bottled and sold
  • Scientists should look for manipulations in all batches before the oils are bottled and sold
  • Not all companies work directly with growers so it’s possible for quality to suffer and to be irregular
  • Due to lack of regulation, some oils are synthetic but do not show that on the label
  • Due to lack of regulation, some oils are cut by carrier oils, but do not show that on the label
  • Due to lack of regulation, some oils are not pure and could contain toxins, but do not show that on the label
  • Due to lack of regulation, some oils have a scent that resembles the essential oil but there is none of the essential oil present in the product and this does not show on the label
  • Many oils are therapeutic grade and can be used aromatically only and topically in some cases usually with a sensitivity test first since purity is questionable
  • Therapeutic grade oils may not have the same effects as Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade oils due to their lack of purity – in many cases, the scent of the oil is also not the same due to residual and possibly toxic additives

  • Mint oils are generally refreshing and invigorating
  • Citrus oils are generally energizing and elevating
  • Spice oils generally create excitement, intrigue, and passion (not lust)
  • Herb and grass oils are generally soothing and clarifying
  • Tree and wood oils are generally grounding and balancing
  • Floral oils are generally calming and comforting
  • Best to a use carrier oil all the time
    • To prolong the effect of the oil
    • To metabolize more slowly for BETTER functioning
  • Normally administered 2-3 drops every 4-5 hours unless otherwise instructed
