We all go through times that get us down or make us feel a little off. Sometimes we know why. Sometimes we can’t put a finger on it. Sometimes it’s intense, sometimes mild. In any case, what we’d like is to just feel more normal, but we’re busy. There’s no time for idle chit-chat or any lengthy relaxation or meditation. We also have to keep our wits about us since there’s a list of stuff to take care of, the kids have places to be, and all the normal household stuff needs doing. Whether it’s a day off or not, you just need to get a grip and soldier on.
Wouldn’t it be nice if there were a few drops of essential oils that, when placed in a diffuser, just made you feel a little better? Well, that is the case.
Put fresh, filtered water in your diffuser to the proper level. Drop in 6 drops of Wild Orange oil, 2 drops of Clove Bud oil, and 2 drops of Patchouli oil and turn on your diffuser. Before walking away to let your diffuser work, lean over it and take three deep breaths as the oils begin to mix and permeate the air above your diffuser. Now, go on with your day. This should help raise your spirits and make it easier to handle any additional stress and strain that generally rear up on the days when you can least afford to have them come crashing in.
